About My Clients
I have a variety of experience working with all ages, but most of my work has been with teenagers and young adults. I have worked with individuals who are on the Autism Spectrum, have anxiety or depression, self esteem issues, communication challenges and much more. I also have experience working with parents and siblings who may be struggling as well.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to help individuals establish goals on concrete tools that can help them achieve these goals. I use a variety of approaches including CBT, behavioral interventions, solution focused approaches, mindfulness and many others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all behavior has a purpose and we just need to figure out the purpose to help shape and change it. I believe that all people are equal. I believe that each individual is the expert in their own life and my purpose is to be a curious supporter in helping them reach their goals.
