About My Clients
I am a trained sex therapist. My priority is creating a safe, space for my clients to share what is present for them and supporting their connection, intimacy, acceptance, growth, and healing process. We will work together to create the therapy sessions that you need. I work with all gender, sexual, romantic and relationship identities. I am sex positive and HAES-aligned.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is systemic and present focused. My goal is to create an environment that centers your unique lived experience – you are the expert of your life. I utilize the following theories in our work: Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, Attachment Theory, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, and somatic-based approaches including the Hakomi method. My life was profoundly changed by couples and individual therapy. I feel honored to do this work with you.Prior to becoming a therapist, I was an entrepreneur and worked in business consulting. Outside of work I enjoy running after my toddler and swimming in Seward Park!
