About My Clients
My goal as a therapist is to help my clients find their own voice by getting to know their authentic self. I am able to best serve clients who are going through a transitional stage of life. I have diversified experience in working with college students, addiction, relationship distress, postpartum, autistic adults, special needs parents and various traumas.
My Background and Approach
I take a holistic and eclectic approach to counseling and educating individuals on how their mind, body, and spirit are inner connected. A few therapeutic tools I use are eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, and strength-based. While I can’t promise the therapeutic process will be easy, I can promise, it will be worth it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe individuals have the answers within themselves. My job is to be a guide, and provide a safe place for a client to be hear and seen.
