About My Clients
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relational stress, and identity shifts. Many of my clients are processing complex PTSD, intimate partner violence, or narcissistic abuse. I also support those seeking culturally attuned care, including Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. If you value depth, clarity, and a therapist who meets you with warmth and structure, we may be a good fit
My Background and Approach
I’m a Registered Psychological Associate specializing in Clinical Psychology, with dual Master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology and current doctoral training at The Chicago School. My clinical experience spans psychiatric inpatient care, sex offender treatment, domestic violence advocacy, and juvenile corrections, settings that shaped my trauma-informed, systems-aware approach. I integrate psychodynamic, DBT, mindfulness-based, and relational modalities to support adults navigating complex PTSD, intimate partner violence, narcissistic abuse, and identity shifts. My work emphasizes emotional regulation, insight development, and relational clarity. Whether you're processing trauma, rebuilding self-trust, or navigating difficult relationships, I offer a space that balances structure, warmth, and deep listening
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel seen, respected, and empowered to reclaim their voice. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, and I’m committed to honoring the lived experiences of those navigating systems of oppression, relational harm, and identity-based stress. I support LGBTQ+ rights, racial equity, and accessible mental health care for Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities. I value transparency, collaboration, and the healing power of secure, attuned relationships. I strive to bring warmth, integrity, and curiosity into every session, and I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore the parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide
