About My Clients
Is the weight of anxiety, depression, and stress holding you back from enjoying life? Do you dread Sundays because you have to go into a stressful work environment? I know exactly what you're feeling: the racing heart, imposter syndrome, the feeling that there is not enough time in the day, and the habits that you engage in to cope. This can be extremely stressful, and I don't want you to torture yourself. Holistic practices can reduce anxiety tremendously, and I look forward to helping you.
My Background and Approach
There are many tools and techniques to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress. We will work collaboratively to create a toolkit that you can carry with you at all times to find relief. Keep in mind that the sessions are for your benefit and we'll work collaboratively to address what is bothering you right now. In our sessions, I’ll meet you with support, compassion, non-judgment, and evidence-based techniques to explore the root of your issue and how it has affected you in the present. For many years, my practice has been focused on helping people manage work stress. I have a background in Career Counseling and experience with short-term and long-term disability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that growth and change are possible at any time in your life. We develop challenges with mental health due to unhealthy learned behaviors picked up throughout our lives, which means we can also learn new behaviors. I also believe that having support when making these changes can give you the right motivation and encouragement to make the changes you want.
