About My Clients
As a therapist, it is my goal to make sure you get the most out of our sessions together. I encourage all my clients to make the treatment plan with me. You are the expert in you and respecting that is essential to meeting your needs. We will identify your own unique strengths in combination with therapeutic skill building to achieve your goals.
My Background and Approach
Her clinical methodology is utilizing systemic therapy which explores an individual's personal relationships and how they have impacted the client. In addition, Ashley uses evidence based modalities such as emotion focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Ashley’s style is tailored to each patient but emphasizes working from a trauma-informed approach. Her goal as a therapist is to encourage patients to use their own unique strengths and resources to help develop the skills to accomplish their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My favorite part of being a therapist is creating a space for someone to discuss issues they may have never talked about before, building my clients confidence in being who they are, and strength to reduce their inner critic.
