My goal in therapy is to empower clients in a safe, nonjudgmental space, while assisting them in developing more insight into underlying behaviors and provide coping skills for them to utilize in their healing journey. My Areas of focus are specializing in: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Women’s Issues (Postpartum, PMDD, PME), Relationship Issues (Non monogamy, sexual issues, divorce, seperation), Grief, Chronic Illness (Autoimmune, POTS, Breast Implant Illness)
My Background and Approach
My name is Ashley Conway and I am a licensed therapist in Florida. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2021. I began working in the mental health field in 2019 and have gained valuable experience working with both children and adults in a variety of clinical settings. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT as well as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. I have experience with a wide array of mental health issues including PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness trauma, and relationship issues.
