About My Clients
As a therapist specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health, I help women process their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and build realistic self-care into daily life. I support women and mothers in navigating postpartum changes, burnout, and life transitions with compassion and practical tools for lasting well-being. Together, we can focus on reducing anxiety, managing stress, setting boundaries, and creating meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
Over the years, I’ve worked with mothers facing everything from postpartum depression and anxiety to the quiet, unspoken struggles of identity shifts, relationship changes, and the pressure to “get it right.” My approach blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including EMDR-informed tools, with practical coaching strategies to help moms not just cope—but truly thrive. Before focusing my practice on perinatal mental health, I worked extensively with clients navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, which gave me a deep understanding of how past experiences can shape the way we show up in motherhood. I bring that same compassionate, nonjudgmental space into every session, helping women unpack what they’ve been through, reconnect with themselves, and build the tools they need for the season they’re in. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive—I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to be honest, explore your story, and discover new ways forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’ve always believed that motherhood is both one of the most beautiful and most challenging transitions a woman can experience. But I also know—personally and professionally—that it’s not always how we imagined it would be. As a mother of 2 beautiful girls, I know the joy that can coexist with exhaustion, the love with moments of doubt, and the excitement with waves of anxiety. I believe no mother should have to walk this journey feeling alone. Whether we’re processing a difficult birth, navigating the demands of a newborn, or finding yourself again after becoming “mom,” my mission is to help you feel supported, empowered, and confident in your own unique path.
