About My Clients
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or tired of holding it all together? If you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, or the pressure to be "fine" all the time, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those who identify with ADHD, autism, & sensory needs. I offer a supportive, affirming space where you don’t have to mask or ‘fit the mold’—your unique ways of thinking, feeling, & processing are welcomed here.
My Background and Approach
I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to heal. My approach blends evidence-based therapy (like CBT and mindfulness) with deep empathy and support, helping you reconnect with your strengths, set healthy boundaries, and move through life with more clarity and calm. Whether you're a busy professional, caregiver, student, or someone who's always been the strong one for others—it's okay to ask for help now. You deserve support, too. I currently offer online sessions to adults anywhere in North Carolina. Limited sliding scale spots are available. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to make sure we’re a good fit. Let’s take the first step together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted—just as they are. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and those who have felt marginalized or overlooked in traditional mental health settings. I am committed to practicing from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens and continuously engage in education around racial justice, disability rights, and mental health equity. I believe therapy can be a powerful form of self-liberation, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they reclaim their voice, reconnect with their values, and write their own stories. Outside of work, I support organizations focused on suicide prevention, neurodivergent advocacy, and community mental health access.
