About My Clients
Do you feel emotionally overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that leave you disconnected and drained. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to better understand what’s weighing on you, explore the patterns beneath the surface, and develop practical, sustainable tools that help you move through life with greater clarity, regulation, and confidence.
My Background and Approach
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to support teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD, trauma, and stress-related concerns. Through this work, I’ve learned that therapy is most effective when individuals feel both understood and equipped with practical tools they can use in everyday life. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based care. Together, we explore the patterns showing up in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily experiences while also building practical emotional regulation and coping skills that support lasting growth. I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), developmentally informed techniques, and play therapy principles when appropriate to help clients better understand themselves and navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood without pressure to have everything figured out. My work is grounded in the belief that growth happens through both self-awareness and practical skill-building, and that healing often begins when we feel safe enough to slow down and better understand our emotional experiences. As a therapist, I strive to create an inclusive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I believe mental health conversations should be approachable and normalized, and I’m passionate about helping people develop practical tools that support long-term emotional well-being, resilience, and confidence in everyday life.
