I specialize in treating PTSD using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, somatic interventions, and other evidence-based approaches. The effects of emotional, physical, sexual, or psychological abuse can continue long after the abuse has ended. I specialize in helping survivors heal from childhood abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and coercive or emotionally abusive relationships. Using EMDR, IFS, attachment-based therapy, and somatic interventions, I help clients process painful experiences, rebuild trust in themselves, and create lives no longer defined by trauma.

Anxiety is often more than excessive worry—it can be your nervous system's response to trauma, chronic stress, or painful life experiences. Rather than simply teaching coping skills, I help clients understand and heal the underlying causes of anxiety using EMDR, IFS, attachment-based therapy, somatic approaches, and other evidence-based treatments.
