About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, empowering them to gain clarity and improve emotional resilience
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, affirming, and collaborative—grounded in evidence-based practices that are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and work through challenges with support. As a pre-licensed clinician under qualified supervision, I bring both fresh insight and professional guidance, with the added benefit of oversight from a seasoned licensed supervisor to ensure you receive the best care. Virtual sessions make therapy more accessible and flexible, meeting you wherever you are—emotionally and physically. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready to talk to someone who gets it—I’d love to hear from you. Let’s explore if we’re a good fit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Black and Haitian American woman, I deeply value mental health and understand the unique cultural challenges that come with seeking therapy. Growing up, I witnessed the stigma surrounding mental health in my community, often leading people to suffer in silence. My mission as a therapist is to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I believe in empowering my clients to break generational cycles, build emotional resilience, and embrace their healing journey. Therapy is not a sign of weakness but a courageous step toward growth and self-awareness. I’m passionate about helping others prioritize their mental well-being and normalizing conversations about mental health in Black and Caribbean communities. Together, we can challenge the stigma, rewrite the narrative, and create lasting change for ourselves and future generations
