About My Clients

Whether it's due to feeling chronically misunderstood, invalidated, or alone, we can often feel deeply disconnected. My ideal clients are those ready to take an active role in how they reconnect with the world. They want to learn how to engage as their full self without the need to shrink, run away, or fight for control so they can build a life worth living.

My Background and Approach

My background includes working with children, neurodiverse adults, and adult children of low-capacity/relationally-unskilled parents with a unique focus on gender norms and intergenerational/immigrant family dynamics. My approach to healing is that it happens when we feel safe, secure, and supported. Through a relational lens, I work to create a space where all of who you are is met with compassion, respect, and understanding. Together we explore your inner world, your relationships, and the broader systems that have shaped you to create space for real, sustainable change.
