I work with first responders and their family members to foster healthier relationships and overcome trauma, secondary trauma, depression, and anxiety that can occur as a result of the job. In addition, my goal is to help the family help address the logistical stressors that come with the nature of the job such as rotating schedules, physical health issues, and financial stressors. Anti-police, anti-fire, and anti-EMS culture may also be an area of concern that we can address.

I help women address workplace discrimination that may show up in the forms of sexism, sexual harassment, transphobia, pay gaps, gender roles/norms, microaggressions, and more. I specialize in working with women who experience feelings of low self-esteem, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome, and who want to advocate for themselves. I welcome all manner of women - women of color, white women, non-binary or trans women, women with children, and more.

Many times we grow up with messages from those closest to us that say "sex is bad," and "keep your thoughts to yourself," but this doesn't really help us feel connected with our partners later in life. You CAN have good sex and a good relationship with your body without having to feel bad about it - this is what I want to help you achieve! I am also trained in LGBTQIA+ concerns and practice LGBTQIA+ affirmative care. All relationship pairings, structures, and sexual styles are welcome.

Sexuality isn't just about physicality, it also includes your emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing, too! I help you gain clarity about what parts of your life feel out of balance and hinder you from connecting with yourself and others in order to have satisfying relationships. I use a sex-positive approach which emphasizes a positive relationship with sex rather than shame. This does NOT mean I encourage all clients to engage in sex; I respect your level of comfortability with sex.

I acknowledge that I come from predominantly privileged identities that have a history of violence and oppression. My primary goal is to understand your perspective as best as possible, and understand how your cultural identities uniquely overlap to help you make sense of what systemic barriers may be contributing to your concerns. I am deeply honored to work with all my clients, but especially those willing to trust me despite our differences.
