About My Clients

I work with kids, teens, and adults who are curious about ADHD, autism, learning differences, or anxiety. My clients often feel overlooked, misunderstood, or burnt out—whether in school, work, or daily life. Many are navigating identity, executive functioning, or educational challenges. I also support parents seeking answers about their child’s development and students needing clarity around IEPs or school success.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP #4706) with over 15 years of experience in school psychology and mental health. My work focuses on helping clients understand how ADHD, autism, anxiety, or learning differences show up in real life—at school, work, and home. I provide comprehensive assessments and short- or longer-term therapy for clients whose challenges impact educational or vocational functioning. My approach is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive, and practical. Whether you're seeking a diagnosis, clarity, or support in navigating systems like IEPs or college accommodations, I aim to make the process empowering and informative. My sessions are collaborative and validating—we'll explore what’s working, where you feel stuck, and what tools or insights can help. I also offer consultation for parents, schools, and advocates.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every brain is wired uniquely, and that understanding how we think, learn, and relate to others is a powerful form of self-advocacy. I view diagnoses like ADHD and autism not as deficits, but as differences—each with their own strengths and challenges. I believe in meeting clients where they are, without shame or pressure to "fix" themselves. I value honesty, humor, and humanity in the therapy and assessment process. I believe that culturally responsive, trauma-informed care is essential, and that healing often starts with being seen and heard for who you truly are. I also believe clarity is empowering—whether through a diagnosis, new insight, or simply putting the puzzle pieces together. You deserve support that honors your lived experience and gives you tools to move forward with confidence.
