About My Clients
I work best with clients who feel overwhelmed yet self-aware—people ready to explore their inner world, heal old patterns, and build healthier boundaries.
My Background and Approach
For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people in some of their most challenging and transformative seasons. My work is rooted in a deep belief that therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and genuinely supportive — a place where you can slow down, breathe, and make sense of what’s happening inside you without judgment or pressure. My clinical foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I use it as a flexible, practical framework to help clients understand the patterns that shape their emotions, behaviors, and relationships. CBT gives us tools to explore how your thoughts influence your feelings and choices, but I never treat it as a rigid formula. Instead, I blend it with warmth, curiosity, and a client‑centered approach so the work feels personal, meaningful, and grounded in your lived experience. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through anxiety, trauma, grief, relational stress, identity shifts, and seasons of feeling stuck or over
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in safe, authentic connection. People grow when they feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their inner world without judgment. I believe every person carries strength, resilience, and wisdom within them — sometimes buried under trauma, stress, or survival mode, but never lost. I see therapy as a collaborative process where your story, values, and lived experience guide the work. I believe in compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that help people move toward clarity, confidence, and a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.
