My Background and Approach
I am trained and experienced in working with the following challenges: symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, grief and loss, bipolar disorder diagnosis, trauma from upbringing, and relationship problems. I use evidenced based counseling techniques to help people calm their nervous systems, without medication, and naturally achieve a more balanced state of mind.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a solopreneur, I understand how stressful and chaotic life can be. As a counselor, I know that most people really care about their well-being. And as a human, experienced the consequences of living in a place of chronic dis-ease.
It takes courage to admit that you may be struggling or feeling stuck. Reaching out for help does not mean that you’ve failed. If anything, it proves your determination to grow beyond your current challenges. Sometimes the toughest part can be getting started.
