My Background and Approach
As a survivor of multiple head injuries and a person living with chronic illness, I can be real about recovery while offering hope and meaning for the future. In my office you'll encounter art, blankets, lava lamps, laughter, tears, games, and too much swearing. The work towards healing your mind and body is painful, but I will provide glimmers of joy. The technical shit: I have a BS in Psychology, MA in Counseling, am trained in CPT for trauma, and am a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator.
