About My Clients
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, struggling in relationships, or simply not feeling like yourself, you deserve support. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, self-esteem, and family challenges. You don't need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Together, we can explore what's holding you back, better understand your experiences, and develop the tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and am pursuing my master's in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. My clinical experience spans individual and group therapy, comprehensive psychological assessments, treatment planning, and supporting individuals with complex mental health concerns, including OCD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use. My background also includes behavioral health work with diverse populations across various clinical and community settings. As a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee, I integrate evidence-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and family systems perspectives. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct, balancing deeper exploration of underlying patterns with practical strategies that promote emotional resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I value authenticity, compassion, accountability, and the belief that our past experiences can shape us without defining who we are or who we can become. I am especially passionate about helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, and difficult relationship or family dynamics. I recognize that our identities, cultures, and lived experiences influence how we see ourselves and the world, and I strive to approach every person with curiosity, humility, and respect. I believe healing is not about becoming a perfect version of yourself, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, breaking patterns that no longer serve you, and recognizing that you have the capacity to grow and create meaningful change.
