About My Clients
I enjoy collaborating with clients to help them formulate and attain their goals. I love working with clients who are ready to explore the underlying root cause behind their presenting symptoms. I believe the therapeutic process should be approached with care and patience. This allows for trust to build and helps to prevent the nervous system from becoming overwhelmed. My hope is that therapy will provide a safe space for fun, creativity, and healing to thrive.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy focuses on helping clients bridge the gap between the present and their past. I find it beneficial to provide healthy coping skills to assist clients in managing their symptoms. This helps clients to feel grounded and supported in the present. We will then gather a timeline of their history in order to revisit unresolved wounds from the past. I hope to bring cohesiveness and closure to the places in your story you feel stuck.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a Christian and my faith is very important to me. However, I enjoy working with individuals of all faith backgrounds and respect clients preferences regarding faith. I enjoy working with individuals who have experienced little t trauma and acute traumatic events. It is an honor and a privilege to help someone recover from grief, loss, and disappointment.
