About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? Maybe anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, family conflict, or a life transition has made things feel harder than they used to. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll build insight, confidence, healthier patterns, and practical tools to help you feel more like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater insight, practical tools, and a better understanding of yourself—not just a place to talk about what’s wrong. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships and learn skills you can use outside of session. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I have experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I take a collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, develop practical strategies, and work toward meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and accepted for who they are. We are more than our struggles, mistakes, or circumstances, and I believe growth is possible at any stage of life. I value empathy, authenticity, self-awareness, compassion, and personal growth. Therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where you can be yourself without judgment. I don't believe there is one “right” way to heal—your experiences, values, strengths, and goals are uniquely yours. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves more deeply. My hope is to help you build insight, confidence, healthier patterns, and the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and intention.
