Let's just sit and talk. No pressure, no expectations, no right or wrong way. Just talk. Breathe and release. Sometimes we find it difficult to express ourselves because we can't find the words. No need to find anything just release what you have inside. This will be a judgement free zone where your inner most secrets and thoughts can be brought to surface for healing. You don't need to be an expert at your feelings just be willing to have some release. My approach is simply to meet you where you are and welcome you to a space of freedom and safety.
