About My Clients

You've spent years feeling like you're too much, too intense, too different — and therapy has never quite fit your brain. Maybe intimacy is tangled up in that. Maybe your relationship is suffering and you can't figure out why. You're not broken. You're wired differently, and you deserve a therapist who knows the difference — and who will meet you exactly where you are, no judgment, no flinching.

My Background and Approach

I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arkansas with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialized training in Brainspotting, sex therapy through the Sexual Health Alliance, and neurodivergent-affirming care. My private practice is new — the training behind it has been intentional and specific from the start. My approach is direct and integrative. I use Brainspotting — a brain-body method that reaches what talk therapy can't — alongside approaches tailored to how your specific brain works. For neurodivergent clients, that often means stepping outside the standard therapy playbook. I work with individuals and couples navigating sexual concerns, intimacy, identity, and relationship dynamics. I'm kink-aware, LGBTQ+ affirming, and welcoming of all relationship structures. Whatever you've been afraid to say out loud — this is the place to say it. Sessions are 60 minutes for individuals, 75 for couples. Free 15-minute consultation before we begin.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have ADHD myself, which means I bring lived expereince alongside the clinical training. I know what it's like to mask, to misread a room, to feel too much and not enough at the same time. I'm committed to affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals, kink and non-monogamy communities, and anyone whose sexuality or identity has ever been treated as something to fix. It isn't. Outside the therapy room I'm an avid reader — I believe deeply in the power of stories to help us understand ourselves and each other. That same curiosity shapes how I work: I'm genuinely interested in your story, not just your symptoms. I believe good therapy should feel like finally being able to tell the truth. Everyone deserves a space that holds them without judgment — and that's what I'm here to offer.
