About My Clients
You’re seeking help because something feels off and you don't know what to do. You feel guilty or ashamed, stuck in the same thought spiral day-in and day-out. You’re tired of feeling judged, most of all by yourself. There’s a little voice in your head that criticizes and questions every decision you make. You’re finding adult life to be much harder and more unpredictable than you anticipated. You’ve worked hard to get where you are, but still feel like you fall short.
My Background and Approach
In this relationship: you’re the driver and I’m the GPS. I help navigate to keep you safe and moving, but ultimately you’re the one in control. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to sessions – ingredients that are absolutely essential to our relationship and necessary for healing. You’ll enter a genuine, non-judgmental space where you can bring in anything, secure that you’ll be accepted just as you are. When we worry about how others will judge us, we miss so many chances for genuine connection. We feel safer, but we also feel alone. Therapy with me gives you a safe space to show up authentically. In sessions, I’m engaged and actively involved with your struggles. My goal is to find the balance between providing you with valuable feedback and helping you discover answers within yourself.
