About My Clients
If you're here you may be longing for deeper connection—to yourself, your partner, your body, or the parts of you that have felt distant or overwhelmed. Many of my clients come in feeling stressed, disconnected, or unsure how to express their needs. Others are navigating trauma, intimacy challenges, recovery, or a sense that pleasure and ease feel out of reach. Together, we work gently and intentionally to rebuild safety, communication, intimacy, and self-connection.

My approach blends somatic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices to help you unwind stress, process emotions, and reconnect with your desires, your relationships, and your inner steadiness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Before becoming a therapist and somatic practitioner, I spent years working in feature films and commercial production, a fast-paced, high-stress environment that shaped my understanding of burnout, creativity, performance pressure, and the toll chronic stress takes on the nervous system. Now, I integrate that lived experience with clinical training to support clients. As an associate therapist and somatic practitioner, I guide people through sound journeys, gentle yoga, and evidence-based mind–body practices that help restore balance.
