Anxiety can truly make someone feel as thought they've lost who they once were. I want to help you understand your anxiety, understand your triggers, and develop skills to cope with the symptoms. I utilize a CBT approach initially to alleviate the symptoms, then we work together to explore your history to that helps us better understand where the anxiety initially developed. I am also trained in Brainspotting and would apply this technique where helpful to process anxiety.

I am a level 1 Gottman trained therapist. I enjoy assisting couples in creating the foundation needed for a long-lasting, enjoyable relationship and/or marriage. I've worked with couples through infidelities, falling out of love, and trying to fortify their communication. I am very passionate about working with couples/partners and absolutely love this work!

I work with all trauma and am currently a certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Certified Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I am also trained in Brainspotting and believe this to be a powerful tool when processing trauma. We will take our time to process the trauma and my goal is to provide safe space where you feel free to explore how trauma is impacting your life.

I am currently a certified as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral and Individual Cognitive Behavioral therapist. I utilize attachment theory to help us understand our positive and negative interpretations of life experiences. "Attachment is a deep and enduring emotional bond that connects one person to another across time and space (Ainsworth, 1973; Bowlby, 1969)." We will look at your childhood attachments and how the influence your life, your child's life, your partner's life now.
