My Background and Approach
During sessions I use a variety of trauma informed approaches to therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR aims to help make tough memories less distressing, while promoting healing from difficult experiences. Through personalized strategies, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to explore patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that can lead to a more fulfilled life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am also a therapist who utilizes holistic approaches, so I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices into our sessions. Some sessions will be tougher than others, but you are the expert of your own healing.
