About My Clients
Do you find your self often feeling depressed or anxious? Do you find your self having a lack of energy and or motivation? If so, I know exactly how you are feeling. Feeling as though "nothing " seems to go right or feeling as though you have the weight of the world on your shoulders, can be exhausting and frustrating. As your therapist, my goal is encourage you to challenge and reframe those 'unhelpful' thinking patterns that tend to induce feelings of depression and/or anxiety.
My Background and Approach
As majority of us tend to have "unhealthy thinking patterns". My goal is to work collaboratively to provide you with psychoeducation and homework exercises that encourages you to examine and reflect on your current unhealthy thinking patterns. With this, my goal is for you to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behavior is interconnected, as well as develop the skills and knowledge to identify, modulate, and regulate your thoughts, feelings and behavior, thus reducing symptoms of anxiety and or depression.
