About My Clients
My clients consist of individuals, couples, and families. We would be able to discuss any of a broad range of topics including marital or relationship problems, intimacy/sex, PTSD, co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, substance use, anxiety, depression, and more. My clients are diverse and have included physicians, other mental health providers, students, veterans, and more.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in a few settings including a medical office, hospital, residential substance use treatment center, and in private practice. I believe that we are all humans just doing our best and given different circumstances. I approach with curiosity to try to understand your experience. My role is as your teammate, and together we can work toward accomplishing your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and a mother. I value diversity and sex positivity. I am someone who enjoys constantly learning and growing.
