I am an independently licensed clinician with more than a decade of experience. My individualized approach to therapy integrates mind, body and spiritual wellness. It is evidence based, solution focused and goal driven.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each of us are doing the best that we can and that when we know better we can do better and be better. Therapy is a path to deeper understanding and with that knowledge comes the power to heal, to grow and to cultivate peace within.
