About My Clients
Do your body and mind feel at odds with each other? Are you struggling with chronic illness, eating disorders, body image challenges, skin picking, hair pulling, trauma, or the feeling that you need plastic surgery to fix something about your appearance? Living with constant physical or emotional pain can be overwhelming and isolating. Whether you feel like your body is working against you or you're struggling with shame and internal/external judgment, I'm here to offer a helping hand.
My Background and Approach
My approach is centered on your strengths and uniqueness as an individual, allowing for continual growth and resilience. With a trauma-informed lens, I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can freely process your experiences, fears, and dreams. My goal is to provide you with a compassionate space where you can be vulnerable and, in turn, experience personal growth and healing. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including ACT, CBT, DBT, and more, to personalize our sessions. You'll gain a toolbox of techniques and exercises that can provide relief in any situation, just like the dozens of tools I have perfected over my time helping clients like you.

As an LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming therapist, I'm dedicated to creating an inclusive space for all clients. I also prioritize body- and fat-positivity, sex-positivity, and social justice in my practice. Together, we can work towards healing and empowerment in a safe and compassionate environment.
