I work with adults/ couples/ families/ children 6+ of any gender/ gender identity/ sexual orientation/ race/ ethnicity. I specialize in Trauma but also have extensive experience with depression, anxiety, Burnout, Women's issues, PPD/ PPA, Couples/ premarital/ marital counseling, ADHD (children/ adults), ASD, Family issues, etc.
My Background and Approach
I have always wanted to help people to be their healthiest selves. Sometimes this means healing through their past/ present hurts & challenges. In order to do this I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and am a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC). I utilize a combination of CBT, EMDR, talk therapy, Gottman, mindfulness, IFS, and other therapy methods to most effectively support you in your growth.
