Having a person who is dedicated to your healing process just as much as you can make this journey enlightening. I have years in practice related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. My down to earth personality helps me in building a close connection to my clients. My therapeutic methods include the use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and EMDR for trauma.
