About My Clients
I am passionate about working with adolescents (12+), adults, and couples navigating life transitions and stressors, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. As a Queer LAC I also provide support for individuals, couples, and families navigating LGBTQ+ issues.
My Background and Approach
Being a human can be hard. I believe that our relationship together is essential to your growth and healing. I will approach our work from an eclectic perspective with an emphasis on narrative therapy. What this means for you as a client is that I believe that you alone are the expert of your own life. In our work together, I will offer a variety of tools and techniques to help you write the story of your life in the way that feels the most authentic to you.
