About My Clients
I have roughly 2 years of experience in therapeutic work, specializing mainly in grief/loss, trauma, and behavioral disorders. I have experience in telehealth video sessions as well as in-person work. I am currently offering telehealth sessions for individual therapy and group therapy.
My Background and Approach
My main approach with clients is humanistic and heavily client-centered; the other main component to my approach is trauma-focused work. I am a firm believer that people come into the room with all parts of themselves—even the parts they may be unaware of. What we experience in our lives affect each of us in different ways, and no two people are the same! To that effect, the therapy methods I utilize are fairly eclectic, tailored to each client individually, but always evidence-based. I am excited to begin our work together.
