My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is to be warm and compassionate. I believe every person is unique. I am here to be supportive of your life journey and help you create a better narrative of your experiences. I have an eclectic approach and use interventions/tools from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian therapy, Structural and Experiential. I have experience implementing these tools in family & individual therapy, specifically with presenting concerns of grief, substance use disorder, OCD, Personality Disorders, anxiety disorders and depression.
