About My Clients
Are you here because you feel tired, stuck, and often at odds with yourself? Because – despite feeling desperate to feel something different – you find yourself in the same old patterns? Replaying the same painful memories, worries, and negative self-talk? Maybe you've tried self-care practices, meditation, or yoga and they helped. But you can't shake the feeling that there's more to explore on your healing path. I'm here for folks looking to heed that wild call to look inward.
My Background and Approach
I believe healing can arise when we’re given compassionate, supportive space to access our own inner wisdom. Sometimes these places are hard to touch into. We feel stuck, we feel fearful, we feel overwhelmed. I know these difficulties. But I also know that under every stuck feeling, there's potential to move forward with greater freedom, clarity, and vitality. In my practice, I help clients develop the self-compassionate presence that allows us to shift our relationships to our fears and our doubts. Together, we can explore these and what it means for you to step into greater alignment with your core strengths, values, and authenticity. I received my Clinical Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. My therapeutic approach includes somatic (body-centered) work, focusing-oriented therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and internal family systems – all shaped to meet my clients’ individual needs and preferences.
