About My Clients
I work with adults and couples navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. I have particular focus in four areas: adults affected by complex childhood trauma; level one autistic adults; parents of children with special needs; and seniors facing the psychological demands of life's later chapters. I also work with business executive stress and men's issues.
My Background and Approach
Effective therapy begins with a simple truth: there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person brings a unique personality, history, set of strengths, and set of goals—and therapy must be tailored accordingly. All care is grounded in respect, acceptance, and informed clinical judgment. The aim is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help you better understand your concerns, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop the resilience, flexibility, and clarity to live the life you want. Your treatment will be integrative by design, with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) serving as the clinical foundation. ACT's emphasis on psychological flexibility, values clarification, and committed action provides a through-line that is complemented—when it serves you best—by CBT, psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, and humanistic approaches. The result is care that is both principled and adaptive, built around who you are and what you need.
