About My Clients
Therapy for men, misfits, queer community, and relationships of all forms! I support a space where clients can be their unfiltered, unique selves outside of societal norms or expectations. My therapy practice incorporates humor and adapts to the needs of my clients, ranging from saying it like it is to supporting and nurturing the vulnerable emotions and thoughts that come up. Therapy can be uncomfortable and scary because it allows people to explore the hard to face things and the unknown.
My Background and Approach
When working with couples we explore communication, healthy boundaries, values, intimacy, sex, identity, and overall wellness of not only the relationship, but the individuals themselves. When working with individuals we explore self identity, values, impact of society/culture on identity, and how one fits into this world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have had my share of exposure to and experience with mental health problems, depression, abuse, trauma, and unhealthy relationships throughout my life. My experience has lead me on a journey to want to help others because I've gone through the process myself. I provide inclusive therapy that's open to all
