My Background and Approach
My experience extends to working with children, adolescents, and adults. I hold an M.S in Psychology from William Carey University, where I gained a strong foundation in the field of mental health. In my practice, I utilize a combination of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy, to provide individualized care that is tailored to each client's specific needs. My approach to therapy is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and compassion, which means that I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to share their experiences and emotions. I believe that taking the first step towards seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support my clients in that process.
