I provide a safe space for children and families who are committed to the therapeutic process, discover and thrive in their fully realized selves. From navigating life with a child who has unique needs, to co-parenting and negotiating the process of uncoupling (transitioning out of a partnership), to building resilience in the face of crisis, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My Background and Approach
Diet, sleep, mindfulness (yoga, breath work, meditation, guided imagery), creative expression, & an emphasis on the family system are key elements of my approach to well-being. Together, we achieve healing from trauma, regulation of the nervous system, effective communication, & improved relationships by identifying values, needs, triggers, & strengths. An emphasis on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, integrates scientific knowledge into our discussions to support informed personal growth. As a former educator (birth through gr. 6) & lived experience AuDHD practitioner, I have also earned the accolades of child development specialist and family systems architect. My robust clinical savvy includes a focus on the neuroscience of behavior & I have successfully earned certifications in trauma processing, attachment, integrative modalities for mental health, functional nutrition, and mindfulness-based therapies to bring you a truly dynamic therapeutic experience.
