About My Clients
Are you someone who is going through a tough time in life right now? Dealing with a new diagnosis, a big life transition, a new role or feeling like there are just too many bumps in the road? Many of my clients identify as being a caregiver, going through a divorce or facing big challenges and feeling overwhelmed. Whatever is causing you to feel anxious, overwhelmed, depressed or questioning your abilities, we are here to listen and guide you back to where you want to be.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in gender violence intervention, working with people with co-occuring diagnoses, caregivers, LGBTQ population and those with disabilities. I utilize several modalities to include Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to pursue a happy and meaningful life. We all end up hitting road blocks throughout our lives and may need help figuring out how to get going again. I would be honored to walk that road alongside you and be there to listen and guide you to where you want to go.
