SOMETIMES WHAT WE NEED most is space to pause and reflect, a moment to detangle our experiences, and care for ourselves. Understandably, time for self-care often slips away as we become increasingly pulled in by our daily responsibilities, expectations, and fast-paced lifestyles. This can lead to us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck. IF THIS RESONATES WITH YOU, I want to commend you for taking this pivotal step of showing up for yourself. We often know we deserve to be kinder to ourselves, but it can be difficult to slow down and find the time to start. I invite you to start here, showing up just as you are.
