There can come times in our lives when we are faced with stress and uncertainty which can impact us in many ways, be it in our relationships, work, school, or health. When you do find yourself in such times, therapy can be a helpful tool to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, collaborative, judgment-free, and culturally sensitive environment. Together we can navigate through whatever challenges you may be experiencing to help you attain growth, insight, and purpose.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults and adolescents to navigate through issues pertaining to anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, grief/loss, substance abuse, self-esteem, chronic pain, and life transitions. I use a strengths-based approach to therapy and have received training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, and mindfulness-based practices.
