My Background and Approach
Artemis specializes in addiction counseling, trauma therapy, and therapy for ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation. As an Alcohol and Drug Trainee (ADT), she brings clinical expertise to her work with individuals navigating recovery and co-occurring disorders. Her approach blends mindfulness-based therapy, somatic practices, and holistic counseling, offering care that is both evidence-based and spiritually attuned. She has facilitated recovery groups, stabilized clients in crisis, and supported individuals facing systemic barriers to mental health care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation American of Brazilian and Greek descent, Artemis understands and celebrates the complexities faced by non-native English speakers and multicultural individuals. She offers multilingual therapy in Portuguese, Greek, and English through Juniper Blu Collective, providing culturally responsive counseling for first-generation Americans and diverse communities.
