About My Clients

Are you anxious, afraid, paranoid, depressed or feel confused? Have these emotions overwhelmed you more often than you can count? The pounding chest, shortness of breath, and feeling like the walls are closing in around you need to be released NOW! They are terrifying and unhealthy for your mind, body and soul. I can support you with holistic tools and techniques to help you cope with these unhealthy emotions and take your life back!

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained to assess your situation and create a treatment plan just for you. I am direct and solution focused. My goal is to evaluate every tool available and apply leading edge techniques that match your individual needs. We'll work collaboratively with other health professionals to address the anxiety attacks that are bothering you right now. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and work towards identifying triggers and controlling your reactions. We'll address what's going on in your brain when you are experiencing these feelings and how to get in touch with different parts of your brain to find relief. We'll also discuss what happens to your body when these emotions arise and the techniques to help you quickly relax.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that there is no limit to human capacity. On the other hand, I believe mental health derives from a series of untreated, unhealthy learned behaviors. Learning how to handle anxiety and move past behaviors are essential to your mental health. With the support of counselors and mental health professionals, I belief you can unlearn faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. I also believe that everyone has emotional triggers or something that makes them uncertain, afraid and insecure. We have all had experiences that made us feel isolated and alone about a particular situation. Mental health therapy has the power and the technical resources to help you understand and regain control of your emotions. When your therapist is well trained and cares about you, you will experience change and growth towards a more positive outlook and overall healthier mental, emotional and social well-being within a judgement free zone.
