About My Clients
You’ve learned to hold it together, even when your body tells a different story. Maybe anxiety hums beneath the surface, relationships feel confusing, or old wounds still echo. You want more than quick fixes, you want relief that lasts. We can start with steadying skills or yearn to go deeper, working with what your nervous system carries. However you arrive, there’s room here for your pace, your story, and real change.
My Background and Approach
My work blends nervous-system awareness with depth and relational therapy, creating space for both practical coping tools and meaningful inner work. My style is warm but direct, and attuned—supporting you in understanding patterns, healing old wounds, and building more grounded, authentic relationships with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My commitment to this work is deeply personal. As far back as I can remember I navigated experiences that far exceeded my capacity to carry or metabolize them, and much of that struggle was carried quietly. Those early realities shaped my respect for unspoken suffering and my dedication to creating a space where no one has to carry it alone. believe quality therapy should be accessible regardless of economic circumstances, immigration background, ethnicity, economic status, gender identification or sexual preference. Too many people who need support never receive it. I believe therapy is most powerful when it is both compassionate and honest—when it honors the nervous system, the story, and the relationships that shaped us. Healing is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about restoring connection: to your body, your voice, and your sense of agency. I value depth, curiosity, and pacing work in a way that feels steady yet meaningful.
