About My Clients
I work with adults aged 18–65 facing challenges ranging from major life transitions, burnout, or attentional difficulties all the way to clinical anxiety or depression. Sessions are structured and skills-focused. I don’t just listen; I teach specific psychological tools that you can apply directly to your own life. Clients are expected to practice these techniques between sessions to create meaningful, lasting change. After all, therapy isn’t just about insight, it’s about action.
My Background and Approach
My clinic takes a holistic, integrative approach to mental health, with a strong foundation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT helps you navigate difficult thoughts/emotions, develop greater psychological flexibility, and take meaningful action toward the life you want. My focus is therapy, but when beneficial, I also prescribe select medications to enhance the therapeutic process. (Please note that I do not prescribe controlled substances.)
