My Background and Approach
After completing medical school at Howard University and psychiatry residency at UCLA he launched Latitude Mental Health, LAs first Sports Psychiatry practice in 2018. Latitude specializes in mental fitness and performance using psychiatry, therapy and coaching. In 2020, he co-founded SportsPsychMDs, a nonprofit focused on public health and bringing mental health education to public schools. Dr. Hoes also founded MUUD Technology, a health technology startup bringing mental health to mobile technology through community. Dr. Hoes serves as expert examiner for the NFL Players Association.
