About My Clients

I work with people who are wanting to dig deeper into understanding their behavioral patterns, thoughts and traumas. I work with people who want to build their path toward true healing by using techniques that integrate mind, body and soul. I am here to provide a safe space to practice, learn, unlearn and release the imprints of your past.

My Background and Approach

I provide trauma-informed, cultural-sensitive and holistic body-integrative approaches in our work together. I understand that each person has their own unique healing journey and work to provide a space for you to explore and reconnect with your inner truth. I have my Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. My education and training focused on trauma, grief & loss, anxiety disorders and depression, exploring identity, self-esteem and self-love, life transitions, substance use and abuse and the LGBTQIA+ community. I have experience working with groups and individuals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I started my path toward my counseling career after having experienced my own time in therapy. As I started my own path toward healing, I knew I wanted to provide the same space for others. I wanted to provide the guidance and empathy to help others toward self-growth and self-love that I first hand was able to experience myself. I believe that through a warm, safe and empathetic space, we can all reach deep within, reconnect with ourselves, release and heal.
